This retreat sponsored by Nomadic Devotion™, utilizes the unique local energies and inspirational environments of beautiful St. Augustine, Florida to facilitate creativity, expression and connection. Through group discussions, journaling, contemplation, ambient music, a walking tour and our locality we will stimulate both the senses and the artistic soul. Our goal is to connect with our surroundings, in order to express ourselves more clearly on the page; to be able to write in and about the place where we are. St. Augustine is a city steeped with history, natural wonder and a palpable creative ambience. The “oldest city” is a fitting place to hold this retreat; and At Journey's End is a well-designed and convivial space that is one of the top rated Bed and Breakfasts on TripAdvisor.com
Paul W. Jacob teaches creative writing at Rollins College, English at Valencia College and leads retreats at renowned holistic centers like Ghost Ranch in New Mexico.
